Student Activities

Salem Middle School offers a variety of activities from clubs, to intramurals, to interscholastic sports.  Students are made aware of the tryout/participation dates at school, and they are also listed in our school planner.  Our Student Activities Coordinator works very hard to ensure that our students' needs are met throughout the year.

SMS hosts several school dances. Dance tickets are $5.00 each. Students need their Student ID's as well as a ticket to get into the dance. Only SMS students may attend. If a student looses his or her ID card, a new one can be purchased through our Student Activities Coordinator, Mr. Sparling. All dance tickets are sold at school and students must have a signed permission slip in order to purchase a ticket.
